UK Delivery
Free UK delivery on all orders over £40.
Orders under £40 — a flat £3.95 for standard tracked delivery.
We post with Royal Mail, and you'll get a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Once posted, standard delivery usually arrives within 2–4 working days.
Local Collection
Local to Westcliff-on-Sea? You're very welcome to collect your order from our shop for free. Just give us a call to arrange a time and we'll have it ready for you.

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and we'll do our best to help.
Unused items in their original, unopened condition can be returned within 14 days for a refund.
For hygiene reasons, our nappy cakes, hampers and personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund straight away — no fuss.
