Every product we sell is hand-picked with your little one in mind. Our nappy cakes and hampers are built using brand-new, unused items, carefully assembled and checked before they reach you.

We only work with suppliers we trust, and we won't stock anything we wouldn't happily give to our own family.

Clean & Hygienic

Your order is assembled in a clean environment and packaged with care, so it arrives fresh and ready to gift.

For hygiene reasons, our nappy cakes and personalised items are made to order and can't be resold — which means everything you receive is brand new, just for you.

Small Parts & Supervision

Many of our gifts are decorative keepsakes rather than toys. Please keep the following in mind:

• Some items contain small parts — always keep them out of reach of babies and young children.
• Remove and safely discard all packaging, ribbons, pins and wrapping before giving items to a child.
• Always follow the age guidance shown on individual products, and keep little ones under adult supervision.

If Anything's Not Right

Your peace of mind matters to us. If any item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we'll put it right straight away.
