These terms set out how you can shop with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.
These terms apply to all orders placed with Baby This Baby That. Please read them before ordering. We may update them from time to time, so please check back when you shop.
All prices are in pounds sterling (£). We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate, but errors can occasionally happen — if we spot a genuine pricing error on your order, we'll contact you before processing it. A contract is formed once we confirm your order.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Delivery times and costs are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Your consumer rights are set out in full on our Delivery & Returns page. In short, unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days, but for hygiene reasons nappy cakes, hampers and personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Our nappy cakes and gifts are lovingly handmade, so each one may vary very slightly from the photographs. Product images are for illustration, and colours may appear a little different on screen.
Many of our gifts are decorative keepsakes rather than toys, and some contain small parts. Please read our Safety Promise and always keep items away from young children unless the product states it is suitable, and under adult supervision.
